Create both a Health & Welfare and Property & Financial Affairs LPA together and save. Protect every aspect of your future.

An LPA is not valid until it has been registered at the Office of the Public Guardian (the ‘OPG’).

There is a fee to pay to the OPG (not to us) for this of £92 per LPA-PA or LPA-HW

If you are on low income or benefits or in some similar situation, you may be able to apply for a 50% or even 100% reduction of this fee. See here for further details.
